ATTORNEY–CLIENT PRIVILEGE & CONSULTATION DISCLAIMER

This Attorney–Client Privilege & Consultation Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) sets out the terms governing the confidentiality of all communications and consultations between Juris Prime and its clients. It applies to all engagements conducted in person, remotely, digitally, or through any other medium. By engaging Juris Prime’s services in any capacity, all clients and associated parties are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the terms set out herein.

Confidentiality & Attorney–Client Privilege

Juris Prime guarantees that all information shared by clients — whether exchanged in person, by telephone, through virtual consultations, via email, or through our secure CRM platform — is protected under attorney–client privilege in accordance with applicable domestic and international legal professional standards.

This commitment encompasses the following:

All records, notes, communications, case materials, legal opinions, and correspondence are treated as strictly privileged and confidential.
Unauthorised disclosure of any privileged information by any lawyer, mediator, consultant, staff member, or representative of Juris Prime is strictly prohibited and may give rise to professional disciplinary action and legal liability.
Attorney–client privilege applies equally to clients engaging with us remotely from any jurisdiction internationally, as well as to clients consulting with us in person.
Privilege extends to all forms of legal advice, including corporate advisory, litigation strategy, tax guidance, regulatory counsel, and mediation support, provided in the course of our professional engagement.

Where clients are located in jurisdictions governed by GDPR, UK GDPR, or equivalent international data protection frameworks, confidentiality obligations under those instruments are applied concurrently with legal professional privilege standards.

2. Non-Recording & Non-Reproduction Clause

Clients and all third parties are strictly prohibited from recording, duplicating, transcribing, or reproducing any consultation or communication with Juris Prime — whether audio, video, written, or digital — in full or in part, without the prior express written consent of Juris Prime.

Privileged conversations, legal opinions, strategic advice, and case-related communications may not be reproduced, shared, circulated, published, or submitted as evidence in any court, tribunal, arbitral body, regulatory forum, or disciplinary proceeding.
This prohibition applies irrespective of the medium through which the communication was conducted, including but not limited to video calls, telephone consultations, in-person meetings, written correspondence, and messaging platforms.
Any breach of this clause will be treated as a serious violation of attorney–client privilege and may result in immediate termination of the client relationship, reporting to relevant professional and regulatory authorities, and civil and/or criminal legal proceedings.
Juris Prime reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in any competent jurisdiction where a breach has occurred or where its effects are felt.

Protection of Juris Prime Professionals & Staff

All Juris Prime lawyers, mediators, negotiators, consultants, staff, and representatives are entitled to operate in a professional environment free from intimidation, harassment, coercion, or abuse of any kind.

No Juris Prime professional or staff member shall be subjected to threats, intimidation, harassment, or any attempt to coerce them through the misuse or threatened disclosure of privileged material.
Privileged communications obtained in the course of a legal engagement may not be weaponised against Juris Prime, its team members, or associated professionals in any forum or proceeding.
Any attempt to exploit confidential communications — whether to gain an improper advantage, to harass or coerce, or to circumvent legal proceedings — will be vigorously defended. Juris Prime reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies in all applicable jurisdictions.
Juris Prime professionals are protected under applicable workplace harassment, professional conduct, and legal privilege laws across the jurisdictions in which we operate, including relevant EU, UK, and international standards.

Scope of Privilege Across Jurisdictions

Juris Prime serves clients across multiple jurisdictions, and the scope of attorney–client privilege may vary by applicable law. We apply the highest available standard of privilege protection consistent with the laws governing each client relationship, including:

Legal professional privilege under common law jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and related legal systems.
Attorney–client privilege as recognised in the United States, including protections under federal and state evidentiary rules.
Legal professional secrecy obligations under civil law jurisdictions in continental Europe and the Middle East.
Professional confidentiality standards under the International Bar Association (IBA) International Principles on Conduct for the Legal Profession.
Applicable domestic professional conduct rules and privilege provisions in the jurisdiction of the client’s matter.

Where a conflict exists between jurisdictional standards, Juris Prime will apply the standard most protective of the client’s interests, subject to our overriding legal obligations in any applicable jurisdiction.

Exceptions to Privilege

Attorney–client privilege is not absolute and may be subject to limited exceptions under applicable law. Juris Prime will notify clients promptly where any such exception may apply. These exceptions include, but are not limited to:

Disclosure required by a valid court order, judicial direction, or statutory obligation in any competent jurisdiction.
Mandatory reporting obligations under anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), or equivalent regulatory frameworks applicable to legal professionals.
Where the communication was made for the purpose of facilitating a crime or fraud (“crime-fraud exception” as recognised across common law jurisdictions).
Disclosure required to prevent serious and imminent harm to any person, where permitted or required by applicable professional conduct rules.
With the express written consent of the client.

Consultation Disclaimer

All consultations, communications, and materials provided by Juris Prime are intended solely for the use of the named client in connection with the specific matter for which they are engaged. The following conditions apply:

Legal advice provided by Juris Prime is based on the facts and information available at the time of consultation and is subject to change as circumstances develop or law evolves.
No information shared during a consultation constitutes general legal advice and should not be relied upon by any party other than the named client for whose benefit it was provided.
Juris Prime’s advice is jurisdiction-specific unless expressly stated otherwise. Clients with multi-jurisdictional matters are advised to seek independent local counsel in each relevant jurisdiction.
Juris Prime does not guarantee specific legal outcomes. All advice and strategic guidance is provided in good faith based on professional judgement and the information available.

Client Consent & Acknowledgement

By engaging Juris Prime’s services — whether through our website, CRM platform, in-person consultation, telephone, or any other channel — clients confirm that they:

Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Disclaimer.
Acknowledge that all communications with Juris Prime are strictly privileged and confidential.
Will not record, duplicate, transcribe, reproduce, or misuse any privileged communication without prior written consent from Juris Prime.
Understand that violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services, reporting to relevant professional, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities, and civil and/or criminal legal proceedings in any applicable jurisdiction.
Consent to the application of the confidentiality and privilege standards set out in this Disclaimer across all jurisdictions relevant to their matter.

Amendments

Juris Prime reserves the right to amend or update this Disclaimer at any time. Any revisions will be published on our website (www.thejurisprime.com) with an updated effective date. Continued engagement with Juris Prime following publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where material changes are made, clients will be notified directly.
